Annual Assessments and Budget
Homeowners present and voting by proxy approved the 2026 budget and the annual assessment was set at $900/$575 for full early payments made by January 31, 2026, by homeowners who have no outstanding ACC violations.
Payments made after January 31st or by homeowners with outstanding ACC violations will be $900.
The intent of the early payment option is to ensure adequate funds are available in the HOA account to pay bills.
You have two payment options:
1. Checks should be made payable to "Redwood of Wildewood" and delivered to:

California, MD 20619
2. By PayPal. Please use the "Friends and Family" transfer. If you use the business transfer, you will be responsible for the additional charges.
